1. Introduction

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making your booking.

1.1 By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time. 1.2 By ordering any services from our website, you are entering into a contract with Galway Transfer for the service. 1.3 If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not place an order via our website.

2. Ordering

2.1 To place an order, you must follow the procedures set out on our booking page. 2.2 We are entitled to refuse any order. We do not guarantee to successfully allocate a vehicle to every request. If unable to fulfill your request, we will notify you via email. 2.3 We will acknowledge your booking by issuing a voucher to the email address provided. 2.4 You confirm that all details provided are correct and that the credit/debit card used is your own. 2.5 The confirmation email is your voucher. You must present it to the driver (digital or printed). Galway Transfer is not responsible for incorrect details entered at the time of booking.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 You must check the price at the time of booking. Prices may change before an order is placed. 3.2 By accepting these terms, you waive your right to have the fare calculated on a taximeter. 3.3 If a service's correct price is higher than stated, you may cancel for a full refund or proceed at the correct price. 3.4 Payment must be made by credit or debit card at the time of the order.

4. Changes and Cancellations by You

4.1 Amendments and cancellations can be made via email (info@galwaytransfer.com) up to 48 hours prior to the transfer. 4.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your transfer are non-refundable (100% charge). 4.3 A standard €20 administration fee applies to all amendments or cancellations. 4.4 No-shows: If a passenger fails to show up without informing us, the booking will be charged in full. 4.5 Airport Waiting Time: Drivers wait up to 90 minutes after the flight lands. After this window, the booking is treated as a no-show.

5. Our Responsibility

5.1 We accept no responsibility for information passed on in good faith. We are not liable for illness, injury, death, or loss/damage to luggage and personal belongings. 5.2 We only accept liability for claims arising solely from our own negligence. 5.3 Our maximum liability is limited to twice the cost of your booking.

6. Force Majeure

6.1 Neither Galway Transfer nor the driver will pay compensation if a service is cancelled or changed due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control (accidents, road hazards, terrorist activity, adverse weather, etc.).

7. Your Responsibilities

7.1 You must travel with your booking voucher and follow arrival instructions. 7.2 If your flight is diverted, contact us at +353 87 271 5438 immediately. We are not liable for costs of alternative arrangements. 7.3 Damage/Soiling: Damage to vehicles caused by passengers (including soiling) is subject to a €140 fee, payable in cash to the driver at the time of the instance.

8. Complaints

8.1 If you encounter a problem, call us immediately using the number on your voucher. 8.2 Post-travel issues must be directed to info@galwaytransfer.com within 28 days of the travel date. We aim to resolve all issues within 28 days of notification.

9. General

9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. 9.2 We may alter these terms at any time by posting a new version on the website.
